Insurance & Payment


We accept most dental health insurance plans, including Georgia PeachCare and Medicaid.

We file your dental claims directly with your carrier so as to estimate your expected insurance coverage prior to providing services. We will make arrangements with you for any remaining fees to be paid on the date of service. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and personal checks.

Please provide us with your insurance information when you make your child’s appointment so that we may research your plan prior to your visit. Also, we ask that you bring your dental insurance card to your first appointment so we can make a copy for our records.

It is important to note that estimated insurance coverage is not a guarantee of payment. Our Treatment and Financial arrangements are an agreement between you and our practice. Please do not hesitate to ask us to review your specific financial needs if a question arises.

    If your child experiences a dental emergency after business hours, call our office at 678-714-7575 to reach the doctor on call. If you are unable to reach us or are out of the area, the hospital emergency room can offer first-response assistance in dental emergency situations.
