Appointment Policy

We will work with your schedule to arrange the most convenient appointment time for you and your child. We are also happy to provide your child with a school excuse if needed.

We recommend that pre-school age children or those having extensive treatment come in early in the morning. Our ability to communicate effectively and create a positive dental experience is greater when your child’s alertness and energy levels are at their peak.

Practice Hours

Our Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed every day from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for lunch.

Because we reserve specific clinical resources and personnel for each child’s care, we do require 48 hours notice of a change in appointment. This gives us the opportunity to make scheduling arrangements to see another child in need of dental care. Working together this way allows us to be more flexible in accommodating your child’s needs.

  • New Patient Forms.

  • After Hour Emergencies.

If your child experiences a dental emergency after business hours, call our office at 678-714-7575 to reach the doctor on call. If you are unable to reach us or are out of the area, the hospital emergency room can offer first-response assistance in dental emergency situations.
